Eric Hope

Evolve Urban Arts Project Curator

Evolve Property Management, LLC is proud to announce the addition of Eric Hope to its Urban Arts Project staff. Mr. Hope will assume curatorial and marketing responsibilities for the Project’s 2009-2010 exhibition schedule beginning September, 2009. Mr. Hope brings with him nine years of arts-related marketing experience at two major Washington, DC museums.

“The Urban Arts Project is a unique, creative arts incubator in the H Street Arts and Entertainment District,” according to Hope, “allowing emerging city artists a chance to have their works exhibited to a wide audience.” Under his direction, the gallery will further cement its position as a respected neighborhood institution by fostering an artistic dialogue between artists and the greater H street community. Mr. Hope’s plans for the gallery include adding site-specific installations and mixed-media art to the exhibition calendar as well as making increased use of the gallery’s public, outdoor space.

The Evolve Urban Arts Project enriches the lives of residents, neighbors in the H Street Community, and Washington DC at large by providing free exhibition space to artists based in the metropolitan area. For further information, please visit our website at www.evolvedc.com.
