How Does It Work?
As a business manager or owner you probably print advertisements and offer special services to help promote your business on a regular basis. The Xtras program works the same way. Simply elect a special discount or service you think will attract our residents to your business and tell us what it is. We will add your business to the Xtras Affiliates List, which is updated and distributed to our residents on a quarterly basis. You can discontinue or change the service you offer through the Xtras program at any time. When an Xtras member patronizes your business they will display their official Xtras Membership card in order to receive the special service or discount that you have offered. Its that simple!
Why Does Evolve Do This?
The Xtras program accomplishes three important goals for Evolve, LLC. First, it separates Evolve, LLC properties from the rest of the rental market and helps us attract the best possible residents for our properties. Secondly, it serves as a retention program by improving overall satisfaction for our residents. Finally, Xtras allows Evolve, LLC the opportunity to demonstrate its commitment to the community by promoting other businesses in the DC area.
