Fitness Works is an Evolve Xtras Affiliate and they are proud to intoduce TBC Boot Camp where you'll be held accountable, you'll stay motivated and you'll make serious positive changes in numerous areas of your life... this is more than just a workout!

NEXT CLASS STARTS MAY 7
The focus of the 4 week TBC Boot Camp is to improve your strength, conditioning, agility and balance as well as overall fitness. This program will concentrate on strengthening the "core" while providing a full body work out. Having "core strength" is important in most sports, fitness activities, daily activities, and improves posture. TBC Boot Camp will take place outdoors, and will also use basic equipment: hand weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and your own body. We will find the opportunities to help you achieve your fitness goals while enjoying the beautiful outdoors, as well as challenging yourself beyond what you think you are capable of.

    Why should I participate in the TBC Boot Camp?
    You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started! And, you'll be several hundred calories ahead of everyone else!

     

    What do I need to bring to camp?
    You will need to bring one set of 5 - 8 lb. hand weights (men may want 10 lb hand weights) and an exercise mat. You can find these at Target, Sports Authority, Wal-Mart, etc.  We do not recommend yoga mats. You will also need to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during our workout. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves. Dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!

     
    Will I be sore sometimes?
    Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!

     
    What kinds of people participate in the TBC Boot Camp?
    They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some exercise experience is helpful but not required; all experience levels are welcome. 

     
    Is there a refund policy?
    If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date. However, we will charge a $50.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.

     
    How soon will I see results?
    Performance improvement can take place in as little as 1 week. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It's common to see a participant go down about 4 pounds, within the first month. Remember, everyone is different! It's not a competition, so focus on your individual results.
