Step 2: Submit An Application

Once you have reviewed the properties that are currently available, please call us a call at (202) 359.RENT to schedule an appointment so you can see the space for yourself.

We're confident that once you've seen our apartment you'll be ready to move in right away. All Evolve properties are available on a first come, first served basis so it is important to submit an application as soon as possible. Once you have you have made your selection there are two ways to submit an application. You can follow the following links to complete an Online Application via our web site or if you prefer you may download and complete a hard copy Application Form and then hand deliver the completed form with your $39 Processing Fee to our office or you can FAX the completed form to (202) 318-0838 and pay the $39 Processing Fee online.

Most applications are processed within 24 hours. During this phase we will continue to show the apartment in an effort to take "back up" applications. Once your application has been approved, we request that you pay at least 50% of your Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent). At this point we can go ahead and sign the lease and the apartment will be removed from our online vacancy list. The other half of the Security Deposit (plus any applicable pro-rated rent) is due on or before the day you perform the inspection so that you can move into the apartment.
